When closing lids and doors with latches, chains or any other closing mechanism.
Not to squash or jam arms, legs, fingers or any other body parts when closing doors and lids.
All risks are stipulated in these Terms and Conditions of hire pass to the HIRER when the skip bin trailer is in the HIRERS possession and control including any claims - by any person for injury/damage to person or property.
The OWNER – Let's Talk Rubbish, shall not be liable for any injuries caused to the HIRER or any THIRD PARTY arising from the use of the skip bin trailer during the rental period.
In the event the skip bin trailer is collected in a damaged condition or with parts missing, the HIRER will be held accountable/liable for the actual cost of repairs or the replacement of parts.
Delivery Policy
Once a skip bin trailer has been booked, you will be contacted for confirmation of the requested day and time of delivery.
We will always endeavour to deliver your skip bin trailer as close to the agreed time as possible.
If due to unforeseen circumstances there will be a delay in delivery, we will make every attempt to communicate this to you as soon as we can.

Cancellation Policy
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your skip.
